Goddess Brahmacharini is the unmarried form of Maa Parwati, who has undergone long and rigorous austerity (tapasya) to attain Lord Shiva.
The goddess undertook thousand years of austerity (tapasya) through meditation. She is the symbol of unwavering devotion and the transformative power of penance (tapysa) and thus she represents patience, meditation, strength, enlightenment, spirituality, and determination.
Goddess Bharamcharni is usually depicted carrying a rosary (Japamala) and a water pot (Kamandalu).

- You may chant the Navarna Mantra 11 or 21 or 51, or 108 times for a deeper connection.
