Akshaya Tritiya or Akha Teej, one of the most significant days, is falling on Friday, May 14, 2021. According to Vedic astrology, it is celebrated on the third lunar day of the bright moon of Baisakh month. In the Sanskrit language, the word ‘Akshaya’ means ‘never diminishing’. It is believed that the benefits of yajna, havan, daan, and japa, remain with the person forever.
